Vidalia police, GBI investigating after 18-year-old shows up to hospital with gunshot wound
The victim had to be flown to Memorial Health in Savannah for further treatment.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Vidalia Police Department are looking into an incident that left an 18-year-old hurt. According to VPD, officers responded to Memorial Health Meadows Hospital at around 2 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a patient with a gunshot wound.The victim, 18-year-old Savahna Rashona Chamblee, had to be flown to Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah for further treatment.Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Vidalia police at 912-537-4123 or the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Eastman Office at 478-374-6988.
