Will make: 16 bars

For the foundation:

  • 1 cup (85g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (140g) cashews
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

For the filling:

  • 2 cup clean peanut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 serves JSHealth Pure Maritime Collagen 
  • ¼ cup scorching water 

For the topping:

  • 150g (5.3oz) dim chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Line a little tin with baking paper we employed a 20cm by 20cm sq. tin. 

To make the base, incorporate the oats and cashews in a food processor. Blitz right up until a good crumb types. Incorporate the remaining ingredients and course of action until the mixture arrives alongside one another. Put the mixture into the tin and use your fingers to firmly press the mixture into the foundation of the tin. Spot in the freezer to established.
