Ingredients
PEANUT BUTTER CANDY PIE
Crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 3 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp melted butter

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray.
- Place the almond flour, sweetener and cocoa powder into a food processor and pulse to combine.
- Add in the melted butter and pulse until crumbles form.
- Press the crumbles into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish. Bake for 6 minutes. Let cool.
- Add the cream cheese and peanut butter to a medium mixing bowl and use a hand held mixer to cream together.
- Add in 2 tbsp spoon of the heavy cream, vanilla, salt and ¾ of the Coated Candies
- In a clean bowl, use a hand held mixer to beat the remaining heavy cream just before stiff peaks form, add in the sweetener and protein powder and mix just until combined.
- Fold the mixture into the peanut butter butter mixture until no streaks remain. Transfer to the pie crust.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- For the topping, use a hand held mixer to beat the heavy cream just before stiff peaks form add in the protein powder and mix until combined.
- Spread the whipped cream over the peanut butter layer and top with remaining candy pieces.
- Cut into 15 slices and serve.
