Members have also sought insights into the monitoring of ketone levels among clients adhering to LCHF or Keto diets. Furthermore, there’s a noteworthy discussion regarding some Vegan Doctors challenging the legitimacy of the Keto Diet and its potential implications. Lastly, our community is actively exploring strategies to address low total cholesterol levels in individuals who are not prescribed statins. These questions showcase the dynamic nature of our platform, where knowledge is shared and insights are sought by healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing their understanding of nutrition and health.

In honor of World Heart Day on September 29, 2023, we have enriched our Practitioner Toolbox with a brand new resource – the “Clinical Guide to Blood Lipids.” This comprehensive guide equips you with essential insights, from assessing lipid profiles to effectively managing disorders such as hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis. On September 21, our Live Virtual Journal Club was led by Certified Medical Nutrition Network Practitioner Dr. Carlos Zumarraga for all of our Nutrition Network members. This discussion revolved around “The Personal Insulin Threshold,” a topic of utmost importance in the realm of nutrition and health. These discussions are live-streamed to our Community Platform where members get to connect, away from the distractions of social media, and engage in more enriched discussions around TCR and its application in practice.
