Sunday Brunch Recipe Round-Up – JSHealth

Deliciously nourishing recipes, brunch spreads and sharing foodstuff with liked types are some of the joys of daily life that I maintain near to my heart. 

I have place together some of my favorite dishes to provide up midmorning on a Sunday. They make the perfect treat to spoil mum with, or a distinctive a person to you. 

Sweet or savoury, make one or many…you simply cannot go mistaken with these.

SWEET BRUNCH RECIPES

My Favorite Bircher Muesli

This is a healthier model of bircher muesli, loaded with protein, fibre and high-quality fat. Alternative to make it vegan far too.

2-Stage Granola 

This granola ticks all the containers and is a breeze to whip up. Provide with yoghurt and berries or seasonal fruit.

Vegan Chocolate Banana Muffins

These are so quick to make, absolutely packed with flavour and have a hint of indulgence with the heat, oozing chocolate filling.

French Toast with Maple Strawberries

French toast obtained from a café is normally sugar-laden and not extremely healthy. This edition of French toast tastes just as decadent but is sweetened with only a touch of maple syrup and tasty berries!

 

SAVOURY BRUNCH RECIPES

Corn & Zucchini Fritters

These flexible fritters pack a punch when it will come to veggies and flavour. They pair perfectly with my go-to fresh new avocado salsa on top. I hope you appreciate them as considerably as I do!

Quick Green Eggs

This dish can be designed applying regardless of what eco-friendly veggies you have in the fridge – I love kale, spinach and Brussels sprouts most! Incorporate some pesto or chilli flakes to end it off – yum!

Mediterranean Frittata 

I really like the flavours in this protein-packed dish. It is great for Sunday brunch and any excess can be easily saved and appreciated during the week.
