Ingredients

QUESTIFIED CHILI LIME JALAPENO BOMBS

  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • tbsp incredibly hot sauce
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • eggs
  • 2 luggage Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Position the product cheese, shredded cheeses, jalapenos, bacon and hot sauce into a mixing bowl and stir until finally every little thing is perfectly blended.
  3. Use a cookie scooper to scoop out 14 evenly sized balls and place them on the baking sheet and then chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, incorporate the coconut flour to a shallow bowl.
  5. Whisk the eggs and incorporate them into a shallow bowl.
  6. Crush the chips into tiny pieces and location them into a shallow bowl.
