  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 3⁄4 cup canned corn, drained
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs

  • Crushed Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1⁄2 avocado
  • 1⁄4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp bitter cream
  • 1⁄4 cup drinking water
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
