Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bars

These bars are so easy to make and KID-APPROVED too for all you parents out there. They make a great sweet treat to pack in a lunchbox for work/school or for a little afternoon pick me up with a cup of coffee.

I have made these several times since first creating the recipe and I love them more every time. I’d almost call this CAKE instead of bars because the texture is so perfectly light and fluffy, but I’ll go with bars so they feel more snack-y. 😉

Hope you try these soon…no matter what time of year it is!
