Nutrition Myth Busting: Do Diets Actually Work?

Have you ever compared your entire body measurement to others’? Been jealous of a friend or family member for fitting into jeans that are a number of measurements smaller sized than yours? Felt lesser-than and ‘unhealthy’ mainly because you never appear the very same as those people you see on Television, in journals and on social media?
