The Nutrition Network team is expanding and is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated individual who is eager to join our team in the role of Digital Community Administrator.

The Nutrition Network is an online, accredited education, connection, and learning platform founded by The Noakes Foundation in partnership with an esteemed team of doctors and scientists. The platform has been designed for healthcare practitioners across all disciplines, covering the latest science and research in the field of Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction (TCR). 

The purpose of the Nutrition Network is to actively share the knowledge, research, analysis, and practical skills that already exist in the area of TCR with those wanting to learn more and implement these strategies into their clinical or professional practice. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative support and diary management of senior management
  • Email administration
  • Social media community management 
  • Online community platform administration and customer retention
  • Content planning for community platform
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the production of marketing collateral
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, social media live streaming
  • Write and edit content for different platforms such as website and social media
  • Provide customer support and management


  • Familiar with the following software: Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
  • Preferably familiar with the following platforms: Canva Design and Excel
  • Experience in Marketing


  • Based in Cape Town
  • Remote working

  • Reports to: Project Director and Marketing Manager
