Health and Human Services announces new office focused on the environmental risks to underserved communities

The Department of Wellbeing and Human Providers introduced on Tuesday it is creating an Office of Environmental Justice, putting a highlight on environmental inequities in overall health.

The new place of work will be led by interim director Sharunda Buchanan, a former official at the Facilities for Illness Command specializing in environmental health and fitness difficulties like direct publicity.
