Serves: 4-6

Components

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 bell peppers, lower in 50 %, stems and seeds taken off
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pound lean Floor Beef
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 can diced hearth roasted tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 Tablespoon crimson wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
