Greek Pizza + Giveaway | The Nutritionist Reviews

My family loves pizza! Doesn’t everyone? Pizza night is always a favorite in our house and I am always switching up the toppings we use to make it fun. Cheeseburger pizza is a favorite and so are any unique combinations that I try for the kids. They love it all! I decided to make a Greek pizza with feta and a bunch of Greek-style toppings. Oh my, you’re going to love it.

Whole Greek Pizza

Greek Pizza Toppings

-Feta cheese- You have to have feta cheese for this Greek pizza! I used mozzarella cheese also since it melts really well and for that classic pizza cheesiness!

-Artichokes- Artichokes add a lot of flavor to the pizza!

-Red peppers- I used fresh red bell peppers since that is what I had on hand but feel free to use jarred peppers.

-Parsley- I wanted to make this pizza loaded with all the flavors. If you don’t have parsley on hand or don’t want as many flavors, feel free to skip.

-Red onion

-Arugula- Have you tried arugula on pizza? It adds this fresh element that is a little peppery. I love it!

-Italian seasoning blend- Italian herbs and Greek herbs are similar so I love adding a sprinkle of this for that herby flavor. Plus, it looks pretty.

-Other topping ideas- Kalamata olives would be great but I forgot to grab them at the grocery store!! Thinned out hummus and tzatziki sauce would be great.

This is honestly one of my favorite pizzas ever! It reminds me of a fancy loaded restaurant pizza. Greek pizza is going to be on my family’s menu all the time. My kids love it too!

How to make Greek pizza?

Roll out your dough, add pizza sauce, your 2 cheeses and all of your veggies except for the arugula, parsley, and Italian herbs. Bake for 12 minutes and then top with the extra toppings plus additional feta if you like. Super easy!

What to serve with Greek pizza?

This pizza is loaded with veggies already but a side salad would be great with this salad. Something like a mix of cucumber, tomatoes, red onions and a simple vinaigrette.

Jus Rol Greek Pizza

I am super excited to share with you Jus-Rol pizza dough! I was the biggest fan of Wewalka which my family literally used weekly and they just rebranded to Jus-Rol. The dough can be found by the biscuits at your grocery store and comes refrigerated. It comes on parchment paper and you just unroll it, add your toppings and bake.

Jus-Roll PIzza

It is so delicious and makes the best pizzas. Some of my favorites on this dough is making a cheeseburger pizza, BBQ chicken pizza and of course, classic pepperoni pizza.

Visit Jus-Rol and check out their store locator to find this delicious puff pastry & their other refrigerated doughs near you!
