If you are a chocolate supporter then this is the recipe for you. This has 2x the chocolate which helps make it 2x much more scrumptious than normal banana bread!! If you have a bunch of ripe bananas that you’re not guaranteed what to do with it then Banana Bread right here you come. This recipe can take your common banana bread to a total new amount by combining 3 of our favourite baking elements, BANANAS, CHOCOLATE + PEANUT BUTTER!
Substances:

¼ cup milk of choice

1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-
3 medium, extremely ripe bananas (riper = sweeter)

⅓ cup maple syrup
-
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups all-reason flour
-
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-
1 tsp baking soda
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp cinnamon
-
½ cup chocolate chips
-
Optional: banana slices, peanut butter, added chocolate chips
Technique:

In a small bowl, mix the milk and vinegar alongside one another and set aside.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until eventually smooth. Then mix in all the remaining soaked substances, including the milk/vinegar mixture.

Mix in all the dry components until finally just blended and then fold in the chocolate chips.

Insert batter to a geared up loaf pan (optional: top with banana slices, peanut butter drizzle and further chocolate chips). Bake at 350F for 65-75 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf arrives out cleanse.

Allow the loaf cool on a cooling rack in advance of reducing into it.
