FAQs
How long do these oats last?
These overnight oats last about 3 days in the refrigerator.
Can these overnight oats be heated?
Yes. Once they are soaked, the overnight oats can be warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute, or until heated through. Do not overheat for risk of the yogurt breaking and separating.
Are these vegan?
As they are made, no they are not vegan-friendly. You can make some simple changes to make them vegan. Replace the milk and yogurt with dairy-free alternatives, and use dairy-free chocolate chips.
Money-Saving Tips for these Oats
Buy in bulk. Purchase the items you use frequently such as oats, yogurt, or milk in large sizes if it is financially feasible. These tend be a better value than smaller sizes.
Shop store brands. Opt for store brands on items such as oats, milk, yogurt, salt, and chocolate chips. Store brands tend to cost less without sacrificing taste or quality.
