How to Make Avocado Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Homemade salad dressings are so easy to make and whenever I end up buying dressing for awhile and then make my own, I always wonder why I don’t just make salad dressing homemade all the time. It is easy, healthier and tastes better than any store bought dressing. How to make this dressing is so easy. Just blend all of the ingredients together until very smooth. Add a little water as needed to thin it out or to get it to blend all the way.

How to Store Avocado Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Shockingly, this dressing does not brown! You know how if you leave out guacamole or an avocado for a bit, it browns? Well, this dressing does not turn brown. I stored mine in an air tight container in the fridge for 5 days and it was perfectly fresh on the 5th day! This dressing makes a large serving and more than you need for the recipe so you will have plenty leftover.
